Hi, I don't have a clue how I found your site, it was a while ago, but I was attracted because I too wanted to only acquired new clothing that I had made myself, so I've been checking on you occasionally. I'd been thinking of making things to sell on Etsy and was having a hard time with it. I wanted to make things that people wanted, of course, but with the "popular" things I dreaded making them. And I remembered what you had written a month or 2 ago, "I will continue making clothes, but I realize I will never replace everything because what I really want out of this project is pleasure, and I experience that during the learning and creating, not in the fulfilling of a particular goal." Exactly. I translated that as: it's more fun to plan and imagine what you are going to do/make than to actually have the finished project in your hand. And so for me the process of what I'm making is important, I have to love it, or I hate it. So I've decided to make only products that I am enamored with...I guess what my mini-book here is trying to say, is that though unknowingly, THANK YOU for having inspired me. --- Kit onetwothreejump.com

Thanks Kit - for reading along and for your comment. I certainly didn't expect to inspire anyone in a moment that could be considered quitting.
Your blog is cool. I like your charm bracelet/necklace.
