July Contest Winners!

For the July contest participants were asked to guess how many groceries would fit in the tote bag, and the prize was the tote bag. Four people made guesses, thereby fulfilling the requirements to win. I am working on making three more tote bags so that you will each receive one. There might even be something surprising inside the bag. I know who Private Life, Julie, and Anna are, but Artaroundo is a mystery. Please email me your name & address. Oh - and I will need your address too, Anna. Thank you to our winners. There will be new contests for those of you who were overwhelmed by the difficulty of this one.

The winning entries:

If the wine is nicely bubble-wrapped, I'd say 6 bottles would fit comfortably and safely in the bag.
Oh...groceries...Plus one baguette.

I would put in 4 individual sized yogurts, 2 boxes of cereal, soy milk, a tomato, a can of beans and an orange. Last time I went to the store I insisted on not taking a bag, and I dropped 2 things of yogurt. However, my problem isn't that I lack bags, I just forget to bring them.

Oh - I want to guess about the bag. I think I've actually seen you use it, so I should have a good idea of the size capacity...how about 5 kohlrabis, 2 heads of swiss chard, a tub of creamed honey, a pound each of of green beans and yukon gold potatoes, and two huge cinnamon rolls? (can you tell I went to the farmer's market this morning?)
